Coping with the postal increase ...

   The May 14th postal increase has sent mailers scrambling to find new ways to avoid or minimize the cost of the increase. Many mailers are converting to letter size or stuffing their mailings with more information, as the cost of a 1.5-ounce letter is the same as a 3.3- ounce letter.
